Each of our shelters are co-owned and accessible only to its co-owner members. Your organization can own one, or all of the shares of a specific shelter. We can dedicate a section, a floor, or even an entire complex for your group. You decide how much you need, what comfort level and where you want it, worldwide!

A tremendous benefit to shelters of this scale is the opportunity for a true community of people with diverse skills and abilities, versus the long-term lonely existence of a small group in a private bunker. Their collective abilities will help assure the anticipated long-term, underground survival of each shelter.

Each Citadel Harbor Owners' Association oversees the operations, security and maintenance of their facility, with oversight from Citadel Harbor management. The Operating Rules and Regulations are established by Citadel Harbor and guide the ongoing operations of the facilities, prior to and during any lockdown period.

Citadel Harbor owners have an exclusive right to access and use of their respective Citadel Harbor shelter, forever! They own it. At any time, preceding an anticipated Earth devastating catastrophe, economic or social anarchy, owners may arrive at their facility, enter and begin the survival operations. Each turnkey complex is always fully operational, stocked and ready for occupancy. Owners need to only show up before an event causing a lockdown, be that hours, days or weeks in advance.
